Success in Nature Talks 2016

I am very pleased to say two of my urban badger photos have been recognised in the 2016 Nature Talks International Photography Competition, following the results being announced at their annual photo festival in the Netherlands over the weekend. Both photos were awarded in the Man and Nature category with Intersecting Worlds being the category runner-up, and Light Shafts being Highly Commended.

Intersecting Worlds. Runner-up

These images are amongst some of my favourites of the urban badgers that visit my garden, so to have them selected alongside the other winners is lovely, especially given the high standard on show.

Light Shafts. Highly Commended.

Those familiar with my work will know these images are from my Back Garden Safari project, which delves into the stories and information behind these images and many more, taken over a year long period. The ebook is available to purchase here.

And for those who wish to see the entire selection of awarded images from the competition, you can do so here.
