DP Magazine, article contribution

For those that buy Digital Photographer magazine, keep an eye out for this months issue (on sale today, 26th March) as I have some photos and tips in part of the magazines ‘Big Feature, Spring Into Nature’ article.

I was contacted by the magazine back at the start of February and asked if I would like to contribute to the article. I thought it would be a great idea so agreed and promptly sent some pictures and answers to several questions about nature photography to them. I’ve been eagerly awaiting the magazine to hit the shelves to see how my contribution would fit in to the article and today all was revealed, with three images (Mallard Portrait, Long Leeged Flower Beetle and the lamb) and a nice chunk of the article text being from myself. Apologies for the Lamb cropping up again, but the magazine thought it was a great photo for a Spring Into Nature article, which did make sense so I agreed to use it. The article features photos and tips from several photographers and is a good read (of course I’m biased haha) so keep an eye out for it in the shops…it went on sale today, 26th March 09…and thanks to Josie at the magazine for bearing with me and my emails!
