Camera Shops

These are the places I buy most of my equipment from…

…in the USA
B&H Photo : The number 1 U.S. retailer, who also ship worldwide. They have a VAT/TAX calculator in the shopping basket, which allows you to see exactly what the cost will be for import duty if you are shopping outside the States. Very handy, as then you can work out what your savings will be once the parcel hits customs.

Grays of Westminster : The UK’s number 1 stockist of all things Nikon, exceptionally knowledgeable staff and good second hand section too.

Morris Photo eBay store : Sometimes better prices through their eBay store than main site.
Bob Rigby Photographic : Fantastic service, prices & stock levels.
Wildlife Watching Supplies : Excellent source for accessories from hides to beanbags.
Warehouse Express : One of the UK’s biggest mail order companies for photography gear.

And don’t forget…
Although not the first place you might think to look, both Amazon and eBay can be a great resource.

eBay : great for picking up misc bits, especially smaller items from overseas.
Amazon : worth checking as sometimes offer great prices, especially in sales.
