  1. I am really looking forward to the reviews for the new fisheye zoom camera as if they are good I think I will probably purchase one as oit look like such a fun accessory to have.

  2. Handykam says:

Grrr, just got a 550D, however looks similar spec. This was my first full blown SLR from the old analogue days. (I know, slow or what) Was not impressed with the early digital, but these cameras are really taking photography to another level. One of the best features not talked about is the ability to link the camera to the laptop and control the camera via software (comes with the camera). Perfect still photography. Hope the 60D takes it to another level.

Thanks for a good blog, tripped over via twitter.

  3. I agree that the fisheye is a very interesting lens. The 70-300 has the potential to be a quite useful “secondary” lens for a photographer using a supertelephoto prime as their main lens. Hopefully the image quality lives up to the “L” designation.

  4. The question is…why buy a 60D when the 7D is almost identical in price…?

  5. Really looking forward to the fisheye lens, but the new IS range by Canon is a bit disappointing as build quality has been severely compromised to make the lenses cheaper. Cant wait for the reviews too :D
